As Vice President of Business Development, Nina Questal identifies acquisition and development opportunities and focuses on zoning and entitlement challenges. She also assists in virtually every other aspect of project development. A licensed Illinois real estate salesperson, Ms. Questal began her career as an attorney. After graduating with a juris doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin, she worked in Washington, D.C., first for the Federal Trade Commission, and then for the law firms of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro and Steptoe & Johnson.
